The Health Protection Agency (HPA) has been using Tracline (in partnership with Fujitsu) since the summer of 2007, for the supply of the majority of IT equipment to the organisation.  The contract was awarded after a successful response to a large tendering exercise.  The HPA employs just over 4,000 staff, based on over 80 sites, and successfully managing the logistics of such a contract would have been a very challenging operation for any company.  Tracline has coped with this challenge admirably, and the HPA is very happy with the level of service provided by Tracline over the past three and a half years.  Tracline has provided a very pro-active level of service and all Tracline staff have always proved to be very willing to promptly and efficiently assist with any issues that have arisen.
